• Care and Cleaning:

All the jewelry referred to as silver or sterling is sterling silver, a nearly pure metal. We do not sell any silver-plated items. Our gold pieces are all 14K gold, yellow or white as described. When needed, we recommend cleaning with a jewelry polishing cloth or with a cream polish such as "Wright's" or "Twinkle" which are available at most markets or hardware stores. We do not recommend liquid dipping cleaners. It is best to remove your jewelry when going in salt water, pools and especially hot tubs as they can tarnish sterling.

• Sales and Conditions:

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If for some reason you are not, please return the item(s) in original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will refund or make an exchange as per your request. We will pay to return exchanges back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot pay return shipping on returned jewelry.

• Packaging of Jewelry:

 All items are shipped in our signature pink box with silver logo. We are happy to gift wrap: we wrap our pink box in silver foil paper, pink ribbon and a silk flower. For the holidays, we use silver foil paper, gold ribbon and a holly leaf and berry for Christmas and silver foil paper with royal blue ribbon for Chanukah. Please note preference in the box at check-out. There is no additional charge for gift wrap.
